St. Columban Catholic Church hosted its annual Octoberfest Sunday, Oct. 4, on the church grounds. Festivities included a sidewalk cafe, cake walk, and live entertainment as well as games for kids which included train rides, horse and buggy rides, pony rides, a bounce house and slide and much more. A baby contest was held in the gym at Bishop Hogan for ages 0 to 24 months. Other activities included a quilt raffle, flea market, country store/craft booth, large raffle and bingo.
